Alpha-ville Exchange

On Friday 17th January Alpha-ville present their debut ‘Exchange‘, a one day conference followed by an evening with Dial Record‘s founder Carsten Jost and Rain Dog from Berlin based label Project Mooncircle at Rich Mix Cinema and Arts Centre, Shoreditch, London.

Alpha-ville Exchange is aimed as a one-day conference designed to give the London art, tech and creative communities the opportunity to connect, exchange ideas, get inspired and discover new talent.

The Exchange itself is split into two parts running during the day and evening. The day time Exchange runs from 9:30 – 18:30 and features an array of inspirational presentations, talks and social events from a set of internationally renowned artists, designers and creatives including Davide Quayola, Hellicar & Lewis, Field, Onformative, Eno Henze, Sougwen Chung, Shantell Martin and Stefanie Posavec.

Day time speakers will lead the audience through the current landscape and will talk about topics relevant to their work. Work will be presented across: digital and software art, mixed media art, data visualisation, motion graphics, graphic design, illustration, interaction design, generative design and more.

The evening Exchange runs from 20:30 – 01:00 and welcomes all attendees to enjoy the sounds of Project Mooncircle newcomer Rain Dog, who will present his new LP “Two Words“, which is set for release on January 13th. Carsten Jost will also play an intimate 3 hour set to close the Alpha-ville Exchange at Rich Mix London.
