Better known under his December alias, Parisian producer Tomas More has proven to be a man of vision and integrity. In the space of a handful faultless releases for some of the finest labels out there – including Blackest Ever Black, Where To Now?, In Paradisum, Mannequin, Jealous God and Helena Hauff’s Return To Disorder, the Frenchman has kept a busy agenda without ever trading an ounce of his output’s quality for instant fame or simply getting on board the hype train.

Set to break 2019 in without further ado, December’s announced the imminent landing of his new four-tracker ‘Night Of Nights‘ on Rotterdam’s ever trustworthy Pinkman in January. Packed with his idiosyncratic fusion of epileptic EBM grooves, ruffneck industrial and nasty acid stabs, the record joins the dots between various ’80s-90s no-wave to proto-tech acts like Cabaret Voltaire, Die Form and Unit Moebius, elaborating its own formula out of schizophrenic aesthetic entanglements.

Taken from this fifteenth number in Pinkman’s Broken Dreams series, our premiere ‘Intervention Tune!‘ strikes like thunder down the spine. Tolling the bells of danger, December builds an ungodly floor pumper out of relentless cascades of febrile synths, modified vocals and gritty drums beating a much rowdy pulse. Freaky to the fullest, this one’s custom-molded for high-intensity workouts and frantic body-stretching in wild and wooly subterranean raves. Time to put on your Gimp costume.

Night Of Nights is released via Pinkman Records in January, pre-order a copy from Bandcamp.
