Following up two extended players in 2020 and 2022, Berlin-based vocalist dvdv reunites with Polish sound alchemist Poly Armour to issue their debut collaborative album ‘STARVVING.’

Spanning 14-tracks, ‘STARVVING‘ ventures into a multiplex of avant-garde, ambient, experimental and deconstructed club work. The album feels like stepping into a parallel dimension, a lucid invitation to embrace the mania of insomnia, wandering through the dimly-lit halls of a reality just out of reach.

Our pick, ‘Chronic’, unravels as a haunting symphony of siren-like laments. Starting with Burial-esque, glitchy arpeggios that pulse like short-circuiting neon light, the track expands into cavernous soundscapes. It seamlessly marries spectral dark ambient hues with disassembled club rhythms and eerie vocals. A dazzling labyrinth of textures, ‘Chronic’ immerses the listener in a deep, sensory overload.
