Premiere: Machka – Hippocampus Adventure

Presenting its second installment of the ‘Craquages‘ series, Paris-based imprint Craquages Collectifs enlist eleven producers to celebrate corporate misfits seeking refuge in anarchist earthquakes.

Consisting of eleven tracks, the compilation gathers a roster of late-night troublemakers, which features the likes of Dance Data’s affiliate Konalgad, Bernadette, Rinse FM’s resident Machka, Shonen Bat, MAYFLO, Radio Flouka’s D3MOR, BisouBisou, Youthman, ergen101, Fairiez and Eclipse Tribez’s trendsetter fa:act. ‘Craquages Vol.2‘ administers a stretch-out therapy to burnt-out leeches in tenebrous catacombs.

Our pick for the premiere is ‘Hippocampus Adventure’ interpreted by Machka – a trippy drum & bass anthem crafted for subterranean shamblers seeking respite from the dawning sun. With trance-inducing oscillations, spooky synth pads and shivering amen breaks, Machka shields your memory lane from evil spirits.

‘Craquages Vol.2’ is scheduled for release on 29th April via Craquages Collectifs. Order a copy from Bandcamp.
