Following in-stores with Ben Kaczor (Dial) and Joe Davies (Smallville Records), we’re on the hunt to host more in-store events throughout 2024 at Inverted Audio Record Store in Peckham’s Holdrons Arcade.
Being an intimately sized record store, we can accommodate a maximum of 30 people standing. Performances are vinyl only, using x2 Technics 1200 MK5 turntables and Pioneer DJM-400 mixer. Live sets can also be considered. Performances are broadcasted live, recorded, then uploaded to our Soundcloud & Mixcloud channels.
In-Stores are hosted on Saturday (17:00 – 20:00), Fridays can also be considered. Ideally we are looking to accommodate record release parties with artists and labels that fit into our musical remit. For those that are local, head down to the store for a chat or join us at Brixton Brewery Taproom on Sunday 21st January for a Record Fair with our friends from Out Of Joint Records. Record collectors can expect stacks of new & used vinyl, rare cassettes plus an assortment of fine threads from Cav Empt, The Trilogy Tapes, Good Morning Tapes and Out Of Joint’s own clothing line.
