To mark the release of his debut album on Smallville Records, Joe Davies joined us at Inverted Audio Record Store in Peckham on Saturday 2nd December for an intimate all vinyl in-store session.
As the name goes, ‘Shields In Full Sunlight‘ is the sound of redemption for Winter-struck sore ears. A compilation of soulful, delightfully dainty loops of sloppy summer wrapped on a disc, Davies bubbles to the surface with a deeply sublime debut album.
Featuring track collaborations with Space Drum Meditation, Johan Kaseta and his brother Ossia, ‘Shields In Full Sunlight‘ LP delivers 8 tracks of sumptuous deep house and chugging new age melodies, delivering some much needed respite to the colder climes on the near horizon. Join us on Saturday 16th December for our Christmas In-Store and raise a toast to our first year slinging records at Inverted Audio Record Store in Peckham. The party stars at 17:00 and ends 20:00.
