Premiere: AutoClub – Delos Infidelity

Today, Kajunga dropped a five-track EP from Minneapolis production duo AutoClub, whose members include solo producers Mike McClure and Craig Lambert, also known as Autokinetic and Midnight Music Club.

Following appearances on label-owned Midnight Music Club and DVS1‘s essential Mistress Recordings – ‘Apparition‘ plunges into the archives of dusty analog hardware. Spread across 5-tracks, AutoClub deliver a bona fide deep house climax oscillating between stratospheric arpeggios, hi-fi drum machines, and 303 acid soundscapes.

Our pick is ‘Delos Infidelity‘ – a late-night stroll through forgotten avenues in the king-sized Midwest. AutoClub’s knack for incorporating proto-digital aesthetics with hazed-out melodies and earthly rhythms is a tangible homage to the underground pioneers.
