Premiere: Strange Bound – Eat Your Vegetables

Berlin-based producer Strange Bound marks his return with the release of ‘Going Out To Eat’ exploring the unsettling rhythms of hunger and consumption.

After years sculpting mind-bending experiments, Strange Bound re-emerges with a haunting tribute to the bizarre and often unsettling territories of starvation. Across four compositions, the producer offers a steamy cauldron of warped braindance, ominous ambient textures and intricate modular experimentation, pushing the boundaries of experimental sound into strange territories.

Eat Your Vegetables’ immerses the listener into a medieval soundscape, where dark, harrowing harp tones echo through cavernous labyrinths – evoking the twisting passageways of the digestive system. IDM-inflected rhythms interlace with glitch frequencies, conjuring a broken, almost surreal landscape where each bite becomes a portal into an experimental, digital cuisine. This unsettling track offers a disorienting journey into a realm of sonic gastronomy, where every pulse of the beat is both a nourishment and a dissection.

‘Going Out To Eat’ EP is scheduled for release on 15th November. Order a copy from Bandcamp.
