Premiere: Tywi – Lifeforms

German powerhouse Fur:ther Sessions prepare their next incantation ‘Meliora’, a four-track expedition into machine-driven transcendence, where deep-seated techno collide with trance-infused euphoria.

Curating a roster of four future-facing tacticians, ‘Meliora’ enlists Craigie Knowes affiliate Adam Pits, Rhythm Büro’s shadowy maestro Na Nich, Kohra, and Welsh wizard Tywi to complete this high-voltage collective, each contributing their own iteration of club futurism.

Our pick is ‘Lifeforms’ by Tywi, diving head first into a lucid storm of molten grooves and mind-sculpting hypnosis. Stretching across an 8-minute late-night hallucination, the Haŵs label boss crafts a delirious trance ritual where ultra-filtered kick-drums undulate like tectonic plates beneath a canopy of celestial echoes. Space-drenched percussion glides through fog-laced atmospheres, while a groovy bass line hums like a whispered mantra, threading their way through a digital woodland of shape-shifting frequencies.

‘Meliora’ is scheduled for release 7th February via Fur:ther Sessions. Order a vinyl copy from Bandcamp
