Premiere: XTR Human – Sledgehammer (Kris Baha Remix)

Berlin-based record label Wie Ein Gott prepare to unleash ‘Sledgehammer‘ from Berlin-based producer XTR Human.

Featuring a solo production bolstered with three remixes, ‘Sledgehammer‘ fuses a mixture of industrial hardcore, EBM and bare-knuckle techno, reimagined by three producers including Dancing Plague with a goth-heavy cut, German duo Personal Offence elevating the track with their cyber-tech signature and Pinkman stalwart Kris Baha.

Our pick is Baha‘s version of ‘Sledgehammer‘ thanks to its warehouse-primed techno sermon infused in euro-trance sweat. Kicking off with smoked vocals and horror-score synths, the track plunges into a blackout of breaks. As the track evolves, thumping kick-drums intertwine with bleached arpeggios and decayed monologues, wrapping the audience in a climax of ecstasy.

‘Sledgehammer’ is scheduled for release on 18th July via Wie Ein Gott. Order a copy from Bandcamp.
