Commemorating their 100th release, Indian imprint Qilla Records line up a 35-track compilation named ‘Chakravyūh‘ featuring music from Sunju Hargun, Moisk, Atomic Moog, Polygonia and many more artists.
As they flip the page on more than a decade of existence, ‘Chakravyūh‘ calls for a tribute to their long-standing presence. Throughout the compilation, it feels like a stopover on the shores of a post-Goa utopia replete with ambient, breakbeat and deep techno.
Lifted from the press release the label state: ”In ancient Sanskrit, ‘Chakravyūh’ (चक्रव्यूह) evokes the imagery of a spinning wheel, embodying interpretations of rotating defence formations, mathematical constructs, and symbolic cyclical journeys, all mirroring movement through frequencies and time. This sequence weaves together the essence of 34 artists from 12 countries. Spanning 222 minutes, each track leads deeper into a collective exploration, blending introspective techno with vibrant psychedelia.”
