Today Farr Festival reveal what daytime activities they have lined up festival goers to explore at the Hertfordshire-based woodland festival (14-16 July).
Activities include sessions with renowned yoga instructors Madeleine Shaw and Marcus Veder at “The Shala” – a purpose built sanctuary for yoga, meditation, alternative therapies and nourishing food – acting as an oasis from the hustle and bustle of the forest.
“The Locked Inn” offers a shanty themed bar brimming with immersive entertainment, pillow fights, tug-of-war, egg and spoon races, limbo, tarot readings, far-out cocktails and herbal teas creating an anything goes daytime atmosphere.
For the enlightened there will be the News at Noon, plus films screening at their cinema and painting classes for those who want to explore their creativity.
There are also plenty of food and drink options at Farr, from the gluttonous to the wholesome, sweet and sour, meat lovers to Vegan they’ve got all your taste buds sorted.
As always there are a host of pop-up stores at Farr this year. The Mermaid Cave lands back at Farr, where fellow mermaids and glitter sisters can find an array of festival inspired fashion, adornments and makeovers. Whether you wear your hair up or down, or you want something pretty or edgy, Kaesh Braids can add extra sass to your braid.
