On Saturday 9th June Inverted Audio and 44 present a rare Ulrich Schnauss DJ set at The London Fields Pub, Mare St, Hackney.
Following the success of Ulrich’s acid tinged DJ set at the IA & 44 Christmas party, we’ve invited him back to play an electro/Dn’B DJ set to help remind us of our musical roots.
In support we’ve got a crew of Inverted Audio and 44 family members, including Charles Drakeford, editor of Boiler Room and NTS Radio host of ‘From the Depths’ Sunday session.

ULRICH SCHNAUSS
A master of ‘electronic shoegaze’, Ulrich Schnauss has been producing his distinctive, keyboard-led textured compositions and bleep-happy electronica for over a decade, as well as playing keyboards for dream-pop band Engineers. Ulrich Schnauss will be playing an Electro/Drum n’ Bass DJ set.
CHARLES DRAKEFORD
Real house music and Detroit-flavoured techno, all put together with loft party vibes. Charles Drakeford hosts his own show on NTS Radio and is editor of the Boiler Room, he’s also part of the IA family.
ANTEPOP
Antepop is the alter ego of the founder and editor of Inverted Audio, an evangelist of raw techno and deep house. Strictly vinyl only.
MISTER SUSHI
Sheffield born, London based. Mister Sushi’s passion for music stems right back to his early teenage years, having DJ’d for over thirteen years and worked professionally in the music business for nearly as long. His versatile sound has found him sharing stages alongside A Guy Called Gerald, Pantha du Prince, Oni Ayhun, DJ Food, Legowelt and Apparat of late.
WACK NICHOLSON
This London-based Dubliner has been making electronic music across genres for a number of years. As Wack Nicholson, the sounds are likely to be influenced by anything from deep house to hip-hop. Wack has played with DJs as diverse as DJ Mehdi and Ellen Allien, and is currently on the IA writing staff.
ROXANNE ROLL
With a penchant for bright colours and music featuring the cowbell, Roxanne Roll’s natural habitat is most definitely a festival. Playing a kaleidoscope of genres has taken her to Glastonbury, The Pagoda Stage at The Secret Garden Party, Electric Elephant and Burning Man. Recently she’s completed her first remix for new UK band Seasfire. Her re-work of Falling is a flying carpet ride into swoon disco with shades of rave and a large nod to the 80’s.
