Jan Jelinek and Japanese sound artist Asuna collaborate on ‘Signals Bulletin’

Over the past three years Jan Jelinek and Japanese sound artist Asuna have worked together to create a deeply immersive and meditative album ‘Signals Bulletin‘.

Forged between Berlin, Kyoto and Kanazawa, the five-track album is a joint improvisation fusing Asuna’s meandering organ drones with Jelinek’s pulsating synthesizer and field recording loops to create dense superclusters that span broad harmonic arcs.

Ahead of release, you can stream the 13 minute opening track “Relief, Pt.1” in full via Faitiche.

‘Signals Bulletin’ LP is scheduled for release 5 April 2019 in vinyl and digital formats.
