Cologne’s freshly minted record label Abstract Rhythm line up their debut release with a three-track EP from Bonn-based DJ and producer Personne Aliénée, delivering three razor sharp slices of Detroit inspired electro.
Sounding akin to the output of Gerald Donald as Arpanet, Personne Aliénée deploys robotic electro with hyper-sleek ability throughout his ‘Power‘ EP. However, it’s the title track ‘Power‘ that takes our fancy, thanks to its crisp percussion, harmonic electro-styled synth work and digitised vocals.
