Cementing their tenth release next month, French imprint La Forge prepare to issue ‘New Borders‘ EP from label affiliate Ayuji.
After taking part in a music production residency helmed by French bass maverick Simon Aussel aka Simo Cell last year, Ayuji unleashes his primary effort broadcasting four mind-warping tracks spanning semi-ambient lullabies, trance delirium and acid-soaked ballads.
Our pick for the premiere is ‘Planet Inferno’ thanks to its computerised ovation leading the listeners to the hot, sizzling WASP-76b exoplanet nestled between freaky electro whispers, trance-induced oscillations, misbehaving hi-hats and celestial yet synthesised interludes.
