Global Warming Records line up their 12th release in the form of a 5-track EP from Jon Beige (fka Beige). Entitled ‘Friendly Surveillance‘, the EP is stuffed with genre-splicing music from the label regular.
Our premiere, ‘Isolat‘, comes in at the slower end of the tempo scale, with Beige packing a lot of bounce into the longer bars. Driven forwards by a punchy, iterative bassline that loop upon loop worms its way deep into your head, the shimmering cosmic dub tendencies grow into prevalence by the end of the track.
‘Friendly Surveilance’ is scheduled for release 28 August. Order a copy on Bandcamp.
