Having kicked off the year with January’s ‘Seaweed‘ EP, producer mpeg links up with Cardiff label Haŵs for their next release.
‘Monte Kali’ features a quartet of high energy dance floor bangers pulling influence from various realms of the electronic world. Across the release you hear flourishes of acid house, progressive techno, and trance melt together to form peak time euphoria you would hear at an off the grid desert rave.
Today’s premiere is the Bliss Inc. remix of “Botanist“, the original being an understated tech house and acid hybrid that effortlessly glides along a slithery rhythm. The Bliss Inc. rework takes the original on a ride down neon-colored highways, with glow sticks flying and the energy a steady euphoric glow.
As we turn the corner into spring and look ahead to summer, “Botanist (Bliss Inc. Remix)” conjures images of warm nights dancing and getting lost in the flow.
