NTS veteran and Apron Records affiliate Shamos has announced the details of a new extended player, scheduled for release May 2018 on SZE, a sister label of Secretsundaze.
‘This Life‘ is a four-track selection pieced together lovingly from gritty, textured samples and funked-out vintage synths. It follows on from Shamos’ latest release ‘I Can Think Of Nothing Else But This Machine‘, a cassette album self-released in February.
Shamos has previously released two 12″s for Funkineven’s label Apron Records, and an EP for Manchester’s meandyou offshoot Youth in 2017.
This Life is scheduled for release May 18 2018, pre-order a copy from Bandcamp.
