Amir Alexander joins Smallville Records, announces tribute EP dedicated to Nathaniel Jay

Swedish-based American producer Amir Alexander has signed to Smallville Records to release a tribute EP to the late Love Notes (from Brooklyn) label owner, producer and poet Nathaniel Jay.

Love Notes was a forward-thinking deep house imprint hailing from the streets of Brooklyn, NYC. Nathaniel Jay established the label in 2015 as a platform for artistic expression and wrote “love notes”, which were unique to each release. Love Notes released music from producers including Octo Octa, Perseus Traxx, tape_hiss, Casey Tucker, Ike Release and many more.

Spanning three tracks, ‘Love Notes To Brooklyn‘ EP is packed with chugging melodies, soulful vocals, silky smooth production and absolute deepness. Artwork by Stephan Marx. One for the heads.

‘Love Notes To Brooklyn’ EP is scheduled for release 30 October via Smallville Records. Order a vinyl copy from Inverted Audio Store.
