Following releases on 100% Silk, Image Research, and Stasis, Glo Phase teams up with fellow LA-based imprint Low Recordings to deliver ‘Hidden Harbor‘ – a trio of fresh tracks, plus a remix from Dave Aju.
Described as “a dreamy, hazy sonic landscape” that works equally well on headphones and the dancefloor. The release continues a busy year for Glo Phase, coming a few months after the full-length ‘Soft Gems‘ on Stasis.
Glo Phase is the project of producer Joseph Rusnak. His output explores the buoyant, sunlit sectors of house and techno with bouncy rhythms, crisp keys, and a mesmerising atmosphere that gets the party started or keeps things rolling well into the night.
On ‘Hidden Harbor‘, Rusnak expands and refines the “sleek, serene, and elevated” sounds he’s finessed over his career, as 100% Silk wrote of his ‘Early Moments‘ cassette. The release glides along as each track builds up momentum and gifts the listener a fresh set of tracks in which to briefly get lost.
‘Hidden Harbor’ is scheduled for release on 20th October via Low Recordings. Order a copy from Bandcamp.
