Results6shtum is a sub-label of the Dresden-based collective Uncanny Valley. shtum focuses on “proper techno and raw house”.
Music Video: Chino – 404
Illustrating the track’s pulsating rhythms with a convulsive black and white composition of rotating geometric shapes, abstract figures and IT glitches, Dybala’s piece makes for a much compelling, hypnotic visual collage that fits Chino’s music like a glove. Warning: this video can potentially trigger seizures for people with photosensitive epilepsy.
Perm
We invited Stefan Schmidt-Dichte aka Perm for a bit of DJ action, and he came up with a killer mix interlacing straight out pulsating techno cuts with polyrhythmic detours and further minimalist, off-kilter grooves. We also had a chat with the man to discuss studio methods, living in Leipzig and his beginnings in music production.

Amid the waves of new producers and talented prospects that break on the internet shores these days, there is a duo that we cherish particularly. While little is known about their identity, it’s safe to say that Jaures are a multi-faith church for the dance music rebellion.

‘Detitled’, ‘Davos’ and ‘Nascent’ function as a musical triptych, borrowing fragments from the previous and paving the way for the next to come with a consistent sense of originality and liaison. The tunes unravel so naturally that this might well sound like the perfect jam session, rich in surprises yet impeccably wrapped-up.
