Smallville Records is a record label and store based in Hamburg, Germany. Smallville is run by Julius Steinhoff and Just von Ahlefeld, also known as Smallpeople, and Pete Kersten, also known as Lawrence. Smallpeople run the everyday life at the record store. The shop has become renowned as a place to hang out and meet people, to listen to and talk about music or start a track. Smallville also has an excellent group of creatives who are all part of it, working and helping out. Visual artist Stefan Marx, who is responsible for the complete visual side of Smallville has no doubt become one of the most prominent examples of the collective.
