On Sunday 24 July, longtime friends and labels of mutual interest Midgar and Harmony team up for a long overdue collaboration in Midgar’s home of Berlin at gART.n, inviting Yan and Alfred Czital from the Prague collective’s core crew to join with Midgar’s Severja and Konduku, Aaron J, Different Shades and Lilli Zykla.
gART.n, an open air venue in the near-river location of Rummelsburg (across from the Spreepark and close to Funkhaus), will house the celebration of both label’s love of deeper shades of techno and adjacent sounds. Ambient selector Lilli Zylka opens, and Aussie-in-Berlin Different Shades precedes the headline set from Nous’klaer / Amenthia Recordings’ Konduku.
Partystarters Severja, Yan, and Alfred Czital will play back to back sets, with Severja going toe-to-toe with San Franciscan Aaron J, and the Czech selectors — famous in Prague for the energy of their B2B sets — running the decks before Different Shades.
