Six years after their inaugural release, Kyiv via Madrid-based imprint 3BYK reveal their sophomore release ‘3BYK002‘.
Following a mixtape on the Melbourne-based platform INSTASIS in 2018 and a previous release through their own label, the mysterious production outlet 3BYK return with three bare-knuckle stompers, reclaiming a techno dreamworld replete with TR-808, TR-909 and the Prophet 5 synthesizer amongst others.
Our pick is ‘C2‘ – a kick drum prophecy enhanced by squeaky synthesizers, hazardous snares and furious hi-hats. For sleazy troublemakers embracing the black out cult, this is an obscure cut to pack in your DJ bag.
