A key agitator of London’s nightlife, praised for their top-notch curation and sixth-sense for putting on memorable parties, the good folks at Percolate have recently decided to embark on a new project with Percolate Records, the house’s new label counterpart. Drawing first blood, Scottish vibist Austin Ato (Phonica, Delusions Of Grandeur, Defected, Futureboogie) kicks off the series with a much enjoyable treat of a four-tracker, going by the delusive name of ‘When Love Gets Cold‘.
Premiereing through our channels today, the EP’s juicy closer ‘Blessed‘ is a straight out infectious, laser-guided frenzy whipper. Primed for hectic boogie-down in the basement, this one lets the Cerberus of rave out for a wild, breathless hunt across the Hades. Bleeping sirens sound as endless revs of arpeggiated post-discoid electronics and barrages of ankle-breaking jungle fire combine to pin the dancers down in a total state of stupor. Take-no-prisoners dance attitude at its very finest.
