Currently based in Berlin, Giordano has played at some of the city’s most lauded clubs such as Tresor and ://about blank. The Italian DJ and producer has also appeared at London favourite’s BLOC and Corsica Studios as well as Milan’s Dude Club.
His productions incorporate a lot of the same flavours that you’re likely to find in his DJ sets, often drawing on techno, electro and breaks. He’s landed on labels including Decision Making Theory, Concerns and Glasgow’s legendary Soma Quality Recordings. ‘Into Your Mind’ arrives via another Glaswegian imprint, the freshly-minted Sävy Records.
Following the label’s inaugural transmission, a rave-ready four-tracker by Ryan James Ford, ‘Into Your Mind’ explores slightly more experimental territory. On ‘Sticky End’, Giordano weaves together menacing bass, shape-shifting breaks and post-apocalyptic atmospheres that seem befitting of the track’s foreboding title.
