Succeeding the ‘Mail Order Karma’ release from Man Power in December 2023, Frankfurt-based label Live At Robert Johnson return with the three-track ‘Animal‘ EP – courtesy of Stuttgart-based superlover Jorkes.
After many appearances on their co-founded imprint Freeride Millenium and Live At Robert Johnson, ‘Animal‘ explores naughty basic instincts with swirls of acid extravaganza, dark disco and synth-wave debauchery.
Our pick for the premiere is ‘Hot‘ – a shaggy acid story crafted in a wedge-shaped hot tub filled with wonky basslines bubbles, erotic whispers, steamed rhythms and ethereal synth pads. This is a special tip for epicurean gourmets.
