A 100% Aussie affair, ‘For Adrian‘ is the joint effort of Melbourne’s Len Leise and Adelaide’s Jura Soundsystem, here joining forces for a vibey two-sided session of laid back ambiences and flaring summery spirits. Streaming in full over our channels today, the A-side homage to dub maestro Adrian Sherwood finds Leise on absolute top form; serving up a straight out luxuriant slab of crystalline house, where ethereal synth chimes coalesce with all sorts of re-arranged sound FXs, dog barks and 56k modem transmission noises. An exquisite springtime belter.
