With over 50 releases to their ever expanding discography, Berlin-based imprint Slow Motion line up a collaborative album from label co-founder Fabrizio Mammarella and Rome native Rodion.
Recorded at the legendary Marche Synth Museum in Italy, a fully functional studio housing several private collections of Italian electronic musical instruments, ‘Musica E Computer‘ delivers a unique patchwork of kosmische oddities and italo-disco.
Our pick is ‘A Corrente Alternata‘ – a 125 BPM italo-workout transporting listeners to the forefront of the steamy Italorama dancefloor. With its EBM-esque rhythms, space-echo synths and spooky bass lines, this track provides the right amount of zest to shake your body.
‘Musica E Computer’ LP is scheduled for release on 18th April via Slow Motion. Order a copy from Bandcamp.
