Halloween’s on, zombies and ghouls are out in the wild, so time’s come to sharpen your Freddy claws, light the pumpkins and let your inner freak out all at once!
On Saturday 2 November, Wilde Renate go full-on ‘Rave The Grave’ mode, entrusting US suave boogie don Galcher Lustwerk, Dutch talent JP Enfant, :// about blank resident Natascha Kann, Blue Hour and AJ-X’s side-project Tracing Xircles and more with the task of bringing the dance floor to a playfully grim state of spooky euphoria.
Taking control of the Green Room, WR habitué Dimitri Veimar will be joined by Lustwerk boss and White Material mainstay Galcher Lustwerk to cast a spell of monstrous love upon the dance floor. Known for his deep and subduedly funky blends, no doubt the Brooklyn-based vibist will notch up the heat gracefully.
Berlin-based duo Tracing Xircles, alias Blue Hour and AJ-X, will be sure to add their eerie spin to the – occult – house forces involved. Former Trouw resident, now working his DJ magic at De School, LET boss JP Enfant will steer the Black Room into (un)safe(?) hypnotic harbour along with Laura BCR and Natascha Kann.
Thomass Jackson brings the new release of his co-owned label with Iñigo Vontier, Calypso Records, to the Red Room, showcasing his lush and pulsating tribal disco-dub blends, with bespoke support from Wilde Renate resident Alison Swing and Chemnitz’s very own Tereza.
