Superstition present Bob Moses, DJ Three & Dreems at Village Underground

Following the success of Tom Trago’s Voyage Direct takeover at Village Underground last Friday, Superstition return on Friday 17th April with Bob Moses, DJ Three and Dreems.

New York based duo Bob Moses attended the same art school in Vancouver BC, but it wasn’t until several years later that they bumped into each other at a parking lot and teamed up to make the act now known as Bob Moses. They’re also one of the latest acts to release on boutique label Scissor and Thread, run by Francis Harris and Anthony Collins. They’re also on the cusp of releasing “All In All” (20th April) on Domino, a combination of previous releases, both of their EPs on the Scissor & Thread label along with their first single for Domino.

Given the duo’s steady growth over the last couple of years, releasing the two EPs and single along with playing shows all over the world, “All In All” groups everything into a more cohesive compilation and works as a strong pre-cursor ahead of their debut album, which will be announced in the near future.

DJ Three is highly regarded for his comprehensive knowledge of the full gamut of house and techno sub-genres, and his meticulous mixing of tracks of any vintage. Currently residing in New York City, Three has been tirelessly holding the flag for underground electronic music in the US since his rise out of the sunny state of Florida in the early 90s. In that time, he’s emerged as one of the brightest DJ talents in the US and continues to be a true inspiration for many of us.

Dreems describes himself as a “Cosmic Sherpa. Liberator of Tantric Avatars. Australian.” With a roster featuring artists like Clarian, Thomash, Crowdpleaser and label co-shaman Thomas Von Party, Dreems’ label Multi Cult strains and throbs against contemporary electronic living to offer a pan-global-sexual soul style for our times.
