The latest episode of our sister mix series Newtype Rhythms features a mammoth contribution from Surrey-born producer, Herman.
Known for his penchant for mutagenic, percussive thrills courtesy of releases on Fine Grain Records, he shifts his sensibilities towards the expansive boulevards of the hardcore continuum for his latest EP on Banoffee Pies, entitled ‘Unlocked’.
Stemming four tracks and a multitude of rhythmic leaps and bounds, Herman’s unique focus within the bass music sphere immediately puts their sounds on notice; delving into pocket universes of mischief and mystery within the cathartic patterns orbiting each tune.
