Six years since the release of his previous solo EP, Marco Zenker marks his return to our periphery with the recent release of his debut album ‘Channel Balance‘.
Revered for producing off-kilter and introspective techno, Marco serves up 12 tracks interweaving a hodgepodge of subdued moods and electronic textures, ranging from ambient, breakbeat, Drum & Bass and techno. Track highlights include ‘Carefree‘, ‘Switch Stance‘, ‘Resistance‘ and ‘Noviex Cult‘.
Keeping it a strictly family affair, the LP is fronted with artwork by Bettina Zenker, who has provided covers for over thirty Ilian Tape releases.
