Premiere: AL-90 & DX2OV – Odna

A rising voice in Russia’s underground lo-fi house scene, Moscow-based beatmaker AL-90 has clearly been on an upward trajectory over the last couple years, further confirming expectations last year with a string of convincing solo and joint releases alongside DX2OV. Fresh off a couple EPs, the duo strikes back on Fuselab with their third collaborative effort and debut 12″, ‘FUSE004‘.

Streaming in full over our channels today, ‘Odna‘ blends all of AL-90 and DX2OV’s key ingredients, whipping up a blissed out mixture of threadbare shuffling rhythms, buoyant melody and pitched-up R&B vocal samples – all filtered through the pair’s hazy meshwork of corroded textures and tape-saturated polychromatism. This one’s got laid-back doozy written all over it. Check it out!

FUSE004 is released via Fuselab on 30th April, pre-order a copy from Juno.
