Superstition x Just This: Hunter/Game, Ripperton & Christian Löffler (Live)

Superstition kick off their latest series of events on Friday 18th September at Village Underground with a ‘Just This‘ showcase with label founders Hunter/Game, joined by Ripperton, Christian Löffler (live) and Pisetzky.

Hunter/Game are an Italian duo based between Milan and New York, releasing techno inspired music on numerous labels including Innvervisions, Kompakt and their own label ‘Just This’.

Ripperton is a prolific artist, having released an amazing catalogue of work dating back as far as 1993 and even finding time to run his label, Tamed Musiq between 2006-2012. He is also a man of many alias’, throughout the years he has released work under various guises, including Headless Ghost and Roots Panorama.

In his own words, Christian Löffler describes his music as a combination of melancholy and euphoria, connected by a gloomy spirit, minted by a warm sincerity. He has recently released tracks on 20/20 Vision and Ki Records, on which he released his debut album ” back in 2012.

Last but not least is Pisetzky, who has releases on the Just This imprint and also on Sasha’s label, Last Night On Earth. In true Superstition style, the entire evening will be illuminated by candle light.
