Originally released in 2003 via Stefan Betke’s revered record label ~scape, ‘Triosk Meets Jan Jelinek 1+3+1‘ has been remastered by Kassian Troyer and is now available on vinyl for the first time ever.
Composed between Sydney and Berlin, ‘1+3+1‘ is the product of a unique collaboration between Australian band Triosk and Berlin-based producer Jan Jelinek. The album presents eight tracks of loop-based jazz, influenced and produced by a minimalist composer, and then given to a jazz trio with post-rock tendencies.
