Following Bixon’s 3rd Birthday celebration last December with Junes, Inverted Audio partner Bixon return to Bar A Bar on 21st February, welcoming back DJ Sotofett of Sex Tags Mania and Brian Not Brian of Going Good Records.
DJ Sotofett and Brian Not Brian have been playing records together for years, across London, Berlin and Norway…so it’s great to have them back behind the decks to party in the intimate setting of Bar A Bar, Stoke Newington.
DJ Sotofett and his brother run Sex Tags Mania out of Norway releasing since 2004 and spanning a blend of great dance music records. His own productions embody a refreshing original house soundtrack, often with dubby elements. Sex Tags have established themselves with a cult following internationally. DJ Sotofett tours from Berlin to New York to Tokyo offering fascinating incites to his in-depth aptitude in music – methodically building atmosphere through sound.
Brian Not Brian is the Irish born, Brixton based wax enthusiast heading up label, Going Good. Brian is highly regarded in London and further a field for his encyclopedic knowledge of music new and old. A broad understanding comes through in his mixing and by contributing a multi-genre dynamic to his sets. Recently listed as one of Fact Mag’s ‘DJ’s who deserve more shine’ – he keeps you on your toes all night, carefully weaving an absorbing web of sound.
