After a pair of choice splits with Shanti Celeste and Beatrice Dillon, respectively released via Dekmantel and Hessle Audio earlier this year, Joseph Seaton aka Call Super returns this fall with his sophomore album, ‘Arpo‘, due out on Houndstooth on 10 November.
Expert in the art of crafting genre-busting mixes and polymorphic techno hybrids, the Berlin-based producer resurfaces on the Fabric-affiliated imprint with eleven cuts of the finest ilk, forming the backbone to a long-player presented by the label as “another mesmerizing environment of restless beauty that refuses to conform to much else beyond his own work“.
Accompanying the 7″ single, 200 out of the ‘Three Hundred Cuts’ cover art project are up for sale. Three Hundred Cuts is a personal project of Call Super’s which consists of 300 drawings. Each 7″ is housed in one of the drawings. Pre-order the 2 x 12″ album via Houndstooth webstore now.
