Munich-based imprint Terra Magica prepare to release the eight-track ‘Tetris Life‘ EP – courtesy of mind-altering production duo Pletnev and Fourmi Rouz, better known as Moisk.
Following previous appearances on Berlin-based imprint Warning, Le Temps Perdu and many more, Toronto-based producer Pletnev joins forces again with Mauritian-born sound scientist Fourmi Rouz for this trance extravaganza bolstered with two remixes from Anatolian Weapons, Listensport and label head honcho Tom Sprenger. ‘Tetris Life‘ EP is a blend of tape-to-tape neo-Goa trance, meditative downtempo, torrents of breaks and acid techno.
Our pick for the premiere is ‘A Glass Of Coke With Ice‘ produced by Moisk kicking off with ripples of drum & bass rhythms and spaced-out synthesizers leading to a collage of uncanny soundscapes, deconstructed IDM and drone-like bass.
