Now on the cusp of their thirty-fifth release, Oslo-based imprint Snick Snack prepare to release a five-track remix compilation – courtesy of Norwegian producing duo Trulz Kvam & Robin Crafoord, better known as Trulz & Robin.
Following numerous releases on Paris-based label Dialect, Sniff’s sublabel Prosniff, Cymasonique and Prins Thomas outlet Full Pupp, ‘Out of Sync Remixes Part 3‘ features the iconic Chicago house songwriter Robert Owens alongside a consortium of producers such as Norwegian producing duo Ost & Kjex, FreedomB, FUSED and Robomatic. Throughout the release, the syndicate of mellifluous rhythm providers monitors effervescent heartbeats with nu disco stethoscopes, techno pacemakers and leftfield house ultrasounds.
Our pick for the premiere is Robomatic‘s interpretation of ‘Inside Of Me‘ produced by Trulz & Robin. It’s nothing less than a sweaty warehouse stomper with its broken beat rhythms, echoes of high-spirited poetry conducted by Robert Owens, and psyched-out arpeggios.
