Secretsundaze toast two decades with five raves across London.
Launched in 2002 as an intimate Sunday session at 93 Feet East by Giles Smith and James Priestley, Secretsundaze has since snowballed into a dominant fixture in the capitals club scene. Evolving into a record label, community music studio and even hosting events at the Southbank Centre and Saatchi Gallery.
Having spent the past two years in relative unease, Secretsundaze kick off their 20 Year celebrations in January with Giles Smith and James Priestly playing an extended set (8.5 hours) in Room 2 at fabric.
March 12th sees new school talents Ash Lauryn, Alex Kassian and Aqwea join James and Giles at Colour Factory in Hackney Wick. On April 14th, Secretsundaze head south of the river to the stripped back and rave-ready Venue MOT for an Easter Special (lineup TBA).
May 14th will be a classic Secretsundaze day and night summer opening party at Oval Space featuring Galcher Lustwerk’s UK debut of his new live show, plus DJ sets from Bianca Lexis, Jonny Rock and more (TBA).
Lastly, July 9th will be another day and night party spread across five dance floors in prime Hackney Wick spots encircling Queen’s Yard, which will all celebrate the long-running open-air dancing tradition that defines Secretsundaze. Instead of a heavy reliance on big headliners, the line-up will focus on over 15 favourites from across the dance music spectrum, with lengthy sets to stretch into the deepest corners of their collections.
