Wilde Renate host 39-hour NYE party with Kornél Kovács, Mike Dehnert, Hercules & Love Affair

If you’re stuck for ideas on how to celebrate the impending year ahead, fear not – there’s still time to plan your trip to Berlin for Wilde Renate’s 39-hour long party, featuring over 40 artists, including a special live set from Hercules and Love Affair, all spread over the three floors.

In terms of music there is an abundance on offer to satisfy all manners of taste. Bone shaking techno from Mike Dehnert and Albert van Abbe, hands-in-the-air disco and house moments from Kornél Kovács, Ata and Damiano von Erckert – steamy lo-fi house from Baltra and Marlon Hoffstadt – industrial/EBM from Power House label boss Kris Baha – plus performances from an array of local artists and residents. For those looking for something a bit more steamy, there are some kinky performances set to take place in the Darkroom and Black Toilets.

It all kicks off at 9pm on Monday 31st, with amuse bouche being served until midnight. You can also view the fireworks from the Renate’s terrace or from the Elsenbrücke (the bridge over the river Spree), which the club have closed off specifically for the celebrations. Festivities end at 12:00 on 2nd January 2019.
