In Perspective: Pépe

A new name on the house map, Pépe seems to have been around for much longer than his CV tells. After a breakthrough year that saw him dish out a few promising EPs and splits on Sprung Records and Tekres, the Spanish producer has fulfilled the expectations in rather spectacular manner with two solid platters for French labels Renascence and In Records and more to come.

Dial back to earlier in the year and you’ll see that our long running appreciation of DVS1’s Mistress Recordings imprint hit a fresh high with an entry from Zurich’s Club Zunkunft resident Look Like. After exchanging a few appreciative words since Mistress 09, we managed to lock down the normally low-key producer for a mix session and quick-fire interview for Inverted Audio.

Today we’re glad to unveil a brand new concept and introduce you to a fresh collection of podcasts with the ‘100%’ series. Aimed to feature an array of mixes from labels we support and shed a broader light on the depth of their catalogue, we’re glad to kick off the series with a choice mix from our good pals from Dublin’s Jheri Tracks, the more club-oriented side of All City.

Shores Of Perception: Waking Life Festival
