Premiere: Hidden Turn – How To

Hidden Turn’s first incursion on Doc Scott’s 31 Recordings came two years ago with the release of ‘Big Dirty’ – Today we are glad to present the transcending ‘How To’, a deep spiralling cut built around a forcible broken-beat backbone, as dubbed-out synth whirls, riffling organic echoes and wailing distorted layers keep swashing in suspended motion.

We certainly had high expectations when stepping in the deliciously green setting of Amsterdamse Bos for the very first time. The planets aligned for a perfect weekend of partying at Dekmantel: a chilled vibe and the opulent nature immediately absorbing us into their friendly arms, plus the cream of the crop of contemporary electronic music.
